Like many businesses, Crystal Collections have been quick to adapt the way we operate during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For example, technology means we have been able to change our “Inspect & Collect” service so that we can coordinate and carry out vehicle inspections without risk to customers or our staff, whilst maintaining the same level of understanding, communication and transparency we provide in “normal” circumstances. From first contact, to the way a customer remotely approves or declines a vehicle appraisal, our market leading online systems have changed the way we operate to ensure that customers and staff are safe during these challenging times.

Even in “normal times”, ensuring customers are treated fairly and in a professional manner is central to what we do.
