Crystal Collections is delighted to announce that it has adopted the National Living Wage as its minimum wage rate for all employees.
From 1 April 2021 it has been a legal requirement to pay the National Living Wage to employees aged 23 years old and over. However, Crystal Collections has chosen to apply it as the minimum pay rate for all employees, regardless of age.
Commenting on the news, Tina Chown, Operations Director of Crystal Collections said: “Adopting the National Living Wage as the basis for pay at Crystal Collection is not only the right thing to do for our team; it also makes good business sense.
“Over the last two years Crystal Collections has invested heavily in systems and infrastructure which are, naturally, important to the development and growth of our business. However, so are our staff. Adopting the National Living Wage is one of the ways in which we are investing in our staff for the long term and showing that we value their hard work and commitment to the business.
“We believe that enabling staff to earn a wage that allows them to afford a decent standard of living shows good business sense and is another example of why Crystal Collections is setting the standard in the asset recovery and collections industry in the UK.”
