Crystal Collections is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the internationally recognised ISO27001 certificate for information security.

In achieving ISO27001 certification, Crystal Collections has demonstrated that it has invested in the people, processes, tools, and systems to ensure that information within the business is protected and managed in a professional and secure manner. ISO27001 certification is the second international quality standard the Company has achieved, having previously been awarded the ISO9001 certificate for quality management in 2005.

Whilst Crystal Collections has always ensured that client and customer data has been held securely and treated correctly, becoming ISO27001 certified underlines Crystal Collections’ commitment to its customers and clients, and provides formal recognition of the Company’s quality approach to protecting and managing information. The ISO27001 certificate was awarded following an involved and lengthy process which included internal and external review of the Company’s systems and processes, and a formal audit by an ISO accredited auditor.

Commenting on the news, Tina Chown, Crystal Collections’ Operations Director said: “In attaining ISO27001 accreditation, Crystal Collections further underlines its commitment to setting the standard in the asset recovery and collections industry in the UK.

“As well as demonstrating to clients and customers that Crystal Collections is a professional and well-run business that treats their information correctly, the ongoing ISO review and audit process will help ensure Crystal Collection continues to operate to the highest standards, and remain at the leading edge of what is possible in the UK asset recovery and collections industry.”
